I’m Sean McGrody, a public adjuster with ProMaxx Public Adjusters, proudly licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. I’ve been in the insurance claim business for over 8 years, helping policyholders navigate some of their most stressful moments and come out with the fair settlements they deserve.

Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and South Jersey, I’ve always had a deep connection to the communities I serve. I know the neighborhoods, the people, and the kinds of challenges property owners around here face. That local insight gives me an edge when it comes to understanding insurance policies, property values, and how to handle claims with the right mix of toughness and professionalism.

Each year, I personally handle around 100 successful claims—ranging from fire and water damage to storm losses and more. I’m a policy expert and claims negotiation specialist, which means I don’t just file paperwork—I strategize, advocate, and fight for the full payout you’re entitled to.
